Returning Online Purchases

When returning an item purchased from your electronic device, first contact the seller or read their return policy. Do not “return to sender.” Most companies manage their returns through different warehouses than their distribution center and need a return authorization number so they know it is a valid return and where to return the payment.

To bring a return to Mountain Valley Pack N Ship it will need to have an actual shipping label that includes the address and a bar code. We are unable to process a QR code (the square of little dots) at our location.

In order to get the label from Amazon, in your account when initiating a return please select the option to bring to a “drop off point”.  The closest “The UPS Store” is Franklin, Ellijay, Dahlonega, Cleveland or Maryville. If you chose “The UPS store” and requested a replacement you will have to call them at ********** to request an emailed label. For a return with no exchange, go back to “View return status”, cancel the return then start over and choose the “drop-off points” option.

Don’t have a printer, select “share with a friend”.  Provide the email of a friend who can print it then tape the label to the package with packing tape (NO duct, painters, medical, hvac or scotch tape). Our taping fee is $0.50. Another option, send to mvps129@gmail.com then we will print and tape it on the package for $1.50.

When printing and cutting be sure the return address and bar code are included. The packing slip goes inside unless it is printed next to the label with no cut line, then leave the description on the label and tape to the outside of the package.
